NEW RECOGNITION AWARDS FOR 2004

A new year brings with it new awards to recognize the outstanding efforts of Excel's field leaders. Making their inaugural appearance at the Winter Seasonal Conference in Orlando, the following awards have been created to honor a diverse cross-section of talent in the Excel community.

THE HORIZON
The Horizon Award is presented to a Representative that has shown consistent growth in new Representatives and customer gathering in their downlines over the past 3 months. These are Excel's up and coming movers and shakers who constantly work towards climbing the mountain to reach their goals.

THE PACESETTER
The Pacesetter Award is presented to a Representative that is setting the pace for others to follow towards becoming successful leaders. These Representatives have shown an increase in their income ranking over the past six months. They work with their downlines to help them reach their next promotion levels and teach them leadership skills by leading by example. These Representatives keep their sails fully open to move swiftly with the wind they create.

TEAM EXCEL STAR
The Team Excel Star Award honors a team that exemplifies the spirit of Team Excel. The recipient teams are dedicated to helping other Independent Representatives succeed regardless of downline affiliation. They are leaders who consistently provide a professional and quality business presentation, as well as training for new Representatives.
